Nancy was recommended by a friend of mine, which was so helpful as this was our first sale and we were a bit nervous. Luckily we had no need to be. Nancy was so professional she made the whole process extremely easy. Not only did she do the most important thing: sell our house in a hot second but she also made us feel like we were her only clients. We simply don’t know how she answered every phone call, text and email so quickly, efficiently and settled our nerves at the same time. No question was too stupid and no detail too minute. One major concern of mine was an on point marketing campaign, in this day and age, your social presence is everything. She and her team don’t joke around. Her online open houses are theater worthy, photos amazing, descriptions and teasers on point. They seriously make other real-estate teams/firms in the area look like children playing with their mom’s phones. There is a reason you see her face on signs everywhere!
