The New Nyack Holiday Event Guide
The village has just put out a brand-new Holiday Event Guide, packed with more than 50 things happening around the Village this month. They are also printing up paper copies this week, and you’ll be able to pick one up at Village Hall or at shops and restaurants all over town. If you’d rather grab it online, you can download your own copy at www.nyack.link/events.
And speaking of holiday cheer, this Friday is shaping up to be a busy—and fun—one. Here’s a taste of what’s going on around the Village:
6 PM – The Chamber of Commerce will be lighting up the big tree in Veteran’s Easter Square. The Bossy Frog Band and the Rockland Ukulele Orchestra will be playing, and rumor has it Santa himself might stop by.
7–10 PM – Upper Nyack Elementary School is hosting a cozy holiday market over at UNES, 336 North Broadway.
6–9 PM – The Pride Center is putting on a special Holiday Night Market with all sorts of local makers and goodies—plus Taco Boys, Bongo Fries, and caroling by the Rockland Pride Chorus.
And don’t forget, it’s also First Friday, which means the Nyack Art Collective will be holding its monthly reception at the Burger Loft exhibition space.
So grab your mittens, mark your calendars, and come enjoy a little holiday magic right here in Nyack!
