So as I walk my dog along the Hudson River in Nyack one of the sites I pass is the John Gruen House restoration project.This is the oldest surviving Nyack home. Sometimes there are no visible changes for months and then boom something changes. Well this morning it seems the old roof has been torn off and prep work for the new roof has started.I love the fact that a piece of our Nyack history is being saved.
