The Village of Nyack is holding a public workshop to discuss potential zoning changes to the WF zoning district.
The meeting will give the public an opportunity to hear the Village’s preliminary proposal to revise the zoning text in this district to strengthen waterfront access requirements and improve design guidelines in the waterfront district.
