There seems to be lower than normal inventory of homes in Nyack and throughout Rockland County as well. The pundits as always have their theories as to why, but be that as it may I want to talk about pricing to sell. You can price your home high to see if you can get an offer, but in most cases that will bring out the curious but no offers. If you stay with this theory too long then you run the risk of the listing getting stale. The best way to move the home selling process along quickly and smoothly is to price with or slightly below market.
