Restaurant Week Comes to the Hudson Valley

Hudson Vallet Restaurant Week

Its that time of the year again for Restaurant Week here in the Hudson Valley. The list of participating restaurants for Fall 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) is now live at Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
The bi-annual event, which runs Nov. 1-14 and is held every spring and fall, spans seven counties including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.

As we all know restaurants were hit really hard by Covid and most are still struggling to stay in business.Restaurants continue to struggle with staffing and supply issues as a result of the pandemic.
Valley Table Magazine started the idea in 2006 to promote the chefs, restaurants, ingredients, farmers, artisanal producers, winemakers and purveyors based in the Hudson Valley region. It has continued to expand over the years.More than 100 restaurants are participating in the promotion, offering an array of cuisines as well as three course, prix-fixe lunches at $25.95 and dinners at $35.95. Reservations are highly suggested.

Restaurant Week was designed to support and celebrate the restaurant industry, which needs us now more than ever. I encourage everyone to get out and dine this fall.
Some local Nyack and Piermont restaurants participating are Broadway Bistro, Freelance Cafe and Wine Bar,and The Greekish.
