Just a few points about second quarter here in the Nyacks and the Rivertowns. Sales were down from same quarter last year, but only because the Pandemic made closeings more difficult. Prices were up, mostly a reflection of very high demand and restricted inventory. Inventory is still low as I am writing this. June closings and listings foreshadows a very strong July and August. Lastly with historically low interest rates homes are more affordable than they have been in a generation.
